• Closes on the side with a hook & eye and a silk covered snap. You could adjust the waist up or down if needed by probably an inch or two

Sleeve: 22.5" and is 12.5" around the upper arm
Bust: the front covers to 9" from under the arm to where the ruffle starts and then the ruffle extends another 4.5"
Waist: 13.5" flat across from side seam to side seam
Total length: approx 33" from top of the shoulder to hem
